Refund policy

STORE POLICY

This policy applies only to physical products purchased from our store.

To request a return, you must email hello@houseofsanchez.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review your refund request.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, email us at hello@houseofsanchez.com.  If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label within 5 business days, along with instructions on how to return your package. We will not accept items returned without prior approval.

Lost Packages / Missing Deliveries
Lost or missing deliveries will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at hello@houseofsanchez.com, and we will review your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@houseofsanchez.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return including custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders).

Contact us with any questions about a specific item’s return eligibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method based on your bank or credit card company's standard processing timelines.
