Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Please note that any delays caused by high order volumes or postal service issues are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Rates will vary depending on the carrier service selected for shipping.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.

Order Status

Once your order ships, we will send you an email notification that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@houseofsanchez.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
